I was just saying to a mate yesterday (who reasonably thought 750mb was a lot less than infinity) that I can't push past a few hundred meg if I try, unless I tether my laptop and torrent on it (which I think breaks any supposition of fair use for a mobile phone). So yeah, I agree. The limits aren't as bad as all that, but some of the practicalities could be a little fairer and the wording's awful.
